If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you with a seamless return process. Please review the following Return Policy for all the details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for products purchased directly from the Skinspired Organix DBA Uncommonly Gorgeous website within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • It must not have been used, opened, or altered in any way.

  • The original proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for processing returns.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on gift cards, digital products, or final sale items.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    • Include the original proof of purchase and any paperwork that came with your order.

    • Attach the RMA number and the provided return label (if applicable).

  3. Ship the Item:

    • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

    • You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).

    • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.

  4. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the product meets the return requirements (unused, unopened, and in original packaging), we will process your refund or exchange.

    • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, etc.) and that shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that qualify for free shipping.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, including:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal or ApplePay

  • Other payment methods used during checkout

4. Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please reach out to our customer service team. Depending on product availability, we will issue a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed only for like-for-like replacements (e.g., same product, different size/color). In the case of an exchange, additional charges (if any) will be discussed and processed before shipment.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at concierge@uncommonlygorgeous.com or (888) 361-7053. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or offering another solution based on the situation.

To facilitate a quick resolution:

  • Please retain all packaging and take pictures of the damaged or defective product.

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your product.

6. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale and promotional items follow our standard return policy. Please refer to the specific terms outlined for sale items at checkout or in product listings. Refunds will not be issued for shipping or return shipping on sale and promotional items.

  • Final Sale: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

7. International Returns

For international orders, please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International returns may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method, but shipping charges and any customs, VAT fees are non-refundable.

8. Non-Returnable and Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products (e.g., e-gift cards, downloadable content).

  • Any item marked as “final sale” or otherwise non-returnable at the time of purchase.
